Ordered replacement lenses for existing frame. A prescription was requested and sent They responded by demanding a further £30 for 'out of range' specification
Such was sent 1nd I waited circa 6 weeks for delivery of reglazed spectacles.
I belong to a health insurance scheme which contributes to cost of such transactions.
They were not prepared to progress with the PDF e mailed receipt for the original £125 and handwritten additional £30 for the Out of range spec'
Advised Direct that I wished to receive a final receipt covering and itemising the full £155 cost
What a performance gaining such from them - still ongoing and to date to success.
Maybe they have a problem in issuing receipts - cant think why!
To be faim the reglazed specs are fine however, due to their £30 surcharge I saved nothing against local opticians supply and would have had the benefit of local contact in cases of further enquiry, Dealing with Direct Sight Customner Service - as outlined in other reviews is turning into a nightmare.
Suggest you shop alsewhere for spectacles / service
