Glasses provided were dirty and mis-aligned. Customer service staff were rude, dismissive and misleading.
Terms and conditions are worded in a manner which confuses customers with regards to their rights. So ignore the terms and tell them specifically that if goods are not for for purpose, then they are not fit for purpose - end of.
They take your money and run !
