“Never again”

In February this year I picked a pair of there specs they arrived about three weeks later they where like jam jar bottoms
Too heavy to wear and I broke them trying to make them fit better i sent them back at there request then three week later
A phone call out of the blue from them asking for more money for new lense and I refused and tolde them to refund my
Money for the frames it took that long to process it my bank card ran out whilst waiting they never told me this the two girls
In the customer service dept where to say the least wher very ignorant especially the delightfull Emily it got to me very nearly
Contacting trading standards. This is an old company with a mew name same MD. PLEASE DO NOT USE
