My new favourite company. I had ordered 3 suitcases from another online store and after 2 days of silence called them and got the run around and eventually they said they were out of stock on 1 of the suitcases.

I found directluggage and ordered at 10:58 am, 10 minutes later I got the shipping confirmation with a tracking number and the suitcases arrived the next day at lunchtime.

They were actually cheaper than the other store (which was the lowest I had previously been able to find), next day delivery was free and I found a voucher code online (News10) to get an extra 10% off.

All up I was very happy with this purchase and would recommend them.
