I ordered 3 items of luggage on a Wednesday explaining I was going away a week the following Friday . I was sent an email saying they would be expected to be delivered within 5 working days and I wuld receive a tracking number. When I hadn't received this the following Wednesday I rang and was eventually told " You will receive your order on Thursday or Friday at the latest " then I later received an email to say one of the items wasnt in stock and was offered an alternative which I accepted. On,y to be emailed on the Thursday afternoon that the other 2 items I wanted were not in stock either. What a shambles of a company, if I had been informed even a week late I still may have had the opportunity of ordering items elsewhere
