“Don't waste your time, misleading website”

I ordered an item from Daisy Street back in Feb, and decided to return it. Despite their website boasting free returns, they make it as difficult as possible to return stuff. You only have one week if you want a refund, and you have to email them and wait for their reply to get a link to their returns form, which actually says that returns are NOT free -- you will be charged £3 for the postage. This is blatantly contradicting their website, and when I emailed I was told that they were 'updating the website' -- utter rubbish as weeks later it said the same thing. I waited around a month for my refund which mysteriously never appeared. Fed up I posted on their Facebook saying I wanted a full refund including the £3 postage charge, and was basically told to get in touch with customer services. I asked why they couldn't just get in touch with me as I've already explained the problem, and they said they'd be in touch. A week or so goes by, no email from them and no refund, so I message them on Facebook again and *finally* get a full refund.

Would never order from them again, waste of time, clearly attempt to mislead customers to encourage people to order but not return things. I'm sticking with ASOS from now on for my online orders.
