“DISGUSTING”

The items received were of substandard quality. Literally falling apart at the seams. Tried to return, met with a load of difficulties on the website. Eventually I gave up. I think this is what they want you to do. THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING THEMSELVES RICHER BY CONNING YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. THEY ALSO OWE THEIR SUPPLIERS AND WILL GO INTO LIQUIDATION AND THEN START UP AGAIN WITH ANOTHER NAME.

“Didn't return refund”

I can't believe this company can still survive after possibly cheating many people of their money :( They sent my goods but left out two of the items and told me they would refund me as soon as possible - OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NOT :( I emailed them at least 4 times but to no avail. :( This is horrible and I will never buy from them again...

“bad customer service”

The customer service is terrible. I've been having problems logging in and they don't respond to emails, plus when you request password recovery to you're email address it never comes through.... So disappointed and refunds are not a hundred percent instead of refunding payment they just add it to your account! It's usually the customer is always right but in daisy street case it's the customer is never heard!!

“Do not use this company!”

My daughter found a pair of trousers she liked on this website so I agreed to purchase them , aware that I would need to pay the cost of returns if needed. The item arrived promptly but was nothing like the image online and very poorly made. Needless to say it was returned promptly at my own personal cost. That was 2 months ago and I have not yet received a refund for the item. I have sent numerous emails which have not been acknowledged at all. Disgraceful customer service and I only wish I had read the other reviews before placing an order. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Never heard of this website so checked reviews first. Was tentative about placing an order due to bad reviews but had a very positive experience myself. Delivery was prompt, had to exchange one item but this was done with no fuss and no extra charge. Prompt replies to emails. Didn't like not having a contact no. to call, and beware if wanting a refund as you will need to pay postage. Other than that my daughter was delighted with the goods!

“Terrible!”

I ordered over £100 in shoes from them. When they arrived 4 out of 7 pairs were damaged, I decided that 2 pairs were fixable and sent two pairs back. That was over a year ago, I'm still waiting for a refund or replacement. Any contact with them has been ignored. I am still angry about it!

First off, I placed my order and received it literally a month later. Second, when I opened my package I was greeted with a receipt stating that one of the pairs of shoes I ordered were not in stock and that I would receive a refund. (Which I am STILL waiting for). Third, the shoes that were received were ginormous as they're clearly not true to size on the website. All in all, steer clear of this website. Obviously they have no sense of respect for their customers.

I never write reviews but having used Daisy Street twice I've never had so many problems thus, I feel obliged to warn others. I wish I had actually read reviews prior to ordering, be them a small number the majority are a true reflection. First of all they charged me excessive amounts for UK Saturday delivery and then never sent the item on the Saturday. So I emailed them asking to cancel my order before they dispatched it but they never replied instead, I was greeted with an ALL TOO LATE 'item dispatched' email in my inbox. So I emailed them again multiple times to complain and still not one response. My item took ages to deliver despite me needing it for the Saturday that had long passed. I had no intentions of keeping it when it arrived, as I had to find other similar clothes. I ended up taking to my social media platform to contact them and even then I was basically told to contact customer services which I already had MANY TIMES with NO REPLY. By this point I was fed up and expressed my frustration to someone from the company on social media and they then passed on my complaint to their Facebook page (What stupid company relies SOLELY on Facebook as a form of customer services?) Finally I was emailed back, they did not address why they had not replied sooner and they put the late delivery down to a 'technical fault' and offered me a full refund including P&P HOWEVER... They are yet to confirm they have received my return thus, weeks after sending it back I am still non-the wiser to if they have received it. I have contacted them once again and I'm not hopeful they will reply. I'm out of pocket through no fault of my own. Another thing is they never sent my item with a returns note so I had to print my own out which would have been fine if the company hadn't already wasted enough of my time. I'm a prolific online shopper and I can honestly say I have never encountered such a terrible company. At all times I did exactly what their website FAQ told me to in regards to contact information (such as being able to cancel before dispatch) and returns. Please just stay away even if there's a slight chance you will need to contact them at some point or return something. Their quality of clothes is questionable and so be it that they are cheap, they are definitely not worth the hassle or wear! THAT ONE STAR REPRESENTS TERRIBLE! DAISYSTREET ARE POO!

I saw Daisy Street on a billboard in warrington and had a look on the site. The range of product was great and exactly my style. The billboard offered a 20% code so i purchased a few items with the total still under £40. All the items arrived the next day and fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend Daisy Street to my mates.

“Don't waste your time, misleading website”

I ordered an item from Daisy Street back in Feb, and decided to return it. Despite their website boasting free returns, they make it as difficult as possible to return stuff. You only have one week if you want a refund, and you have to email them and wait for their reply to get a link to their returns form, which actually says that returns are NOT free -- you will be charged £3 for the postage. This is blatantly contradicting their website, and when I emailed I was told that they were 'updating the website' -- utter rubbish as weeks later it said the same thing. I waited around a month for my refund which mysteriously never appeared. Fed up I posted on their Facebook saying I wanted a full refund including the £3 postage charge, and was basically told to get in touch with customer services. I asked why they couldn't just get in touch with me as I've already explained the problem, and they said they'd be in touch. A week or so goes by, no email from them and no refund, so I message them on Facebook again and *finally* get a full refund. Would never order from them again, waste of time, clearly attempt to mislead customers to encourage people to order but not return things. I'm sticking with ASOS from now on for my online orders.

“Not good”

I was having a hard time getting in contact with customer service for a problem that I had with my shipping address. They emailed me about the problem and when I tried to fix it myself on the website, nothing was changed. Customer service took too long to answer my reply. After the problem was finally fixed, my order was shipped but it went past the day it was supposed to come. My order of two items has been terribly difficult to deal with. It is now the 17th day since I ordered my items. Daisy street, you really need to step it up because this has been ridiculous for me

Dreadful! I order four items from Daisy Street, when they arrived the sizing was not as described, the quality was very poor the colours and materials were not as described, in fact they were absolute rubbish. It was difficult to find out how to return them eventually I was able to contact customer services and then they emailed me a return form. I returned all the items in accordance with their policies and procedures in the original packaging with the return form and guess what NOTHING!!! I have now emailed 7 times and am now going to take legal action as they do not respond to anything.

Delivery took too long and the dress was too small. There was no returns label in the package (as there should have been) and the actual returns policy was unclear. I messaged them and they promised to send me a returns label. I sent another msg via Facebook which was 'seen' but ignored. I sent yet another via email only to get a supposed automated reply. This has been over 7 days so they'll probably tell me I'm out of time. There is no business/head office address or telephone number on their site which should start alarm bells ringing anyway. A complete joke

Received a dress and wanted to return it as was poor quality and fit. It was not clear at all how to return on the website! After finally working this out I returned it and I am still yet to receive my refund a month later!!! I have emailed the company numerous times, who have assured me that they have sent me back my money. I have checked with my bank who confirm no money has been transferred! Overall service was awful, websote is unclear and this compnay is a joke! DO NOT USE! !!

“Online rubbish!”

I ordered some platform pumps in my usual size which arrived and were way too big so I returned them and asked for a replacement pair in a size smaller, they arrived but were too wide so I returned them but was never refunded. I have emailed daisy street loads of times but they never answer! I would never, ever use them again and would recommend that no-one else does.

Ordered a pair of boots that failed to arrive. Transpired there was a system error and they were not in stock after all. Having had to pay up front, I am still awaiting a refund 5 weeks later (and counting!)
