I ordered a wedding dress and the finished dress is not up to standard at all. The neckline- a very important part of the dress is ruined and they are refusing to offer any reasonable compensation. The lace is awful and uneven and looks horrible.
They are offering less than 10%. AND they do not publish any negative reviews on their site so very misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not worth it. The email communication is just a copy paste of previous messages not willing to answer any problems and just saying "the dress is nice we spent time on it" And it was a few days later than promised
