“AVOID AT ALL COSTS !”

Don't ever even think about ordereing so much as a hair pin from this dredfull rip off company.
My dress arrived measuring 4 inches too small across the bust ,I couldn't even zip it up,complaining and asking for my rightfull refund has been a complete nightmare from start to finish,I have had a series of rude insulting e-mails which seem to be the standard way they deal with their clients.
They start by telling you there is nothing wrong with the dress as it's quality checked by at least 10 people before dispatch,so they are implying that you are a liar, they go on to suggest selling it on e-bay,then you get offered "10 ponds refund " followed by "20 ponds" and finally was offered "100 ponds " but only after e-mail after e-mail of complaint, luckily I got a full refund by going through the charge back process with my bank.
Save yourself all the hasstle with them and keep well away from them, they make cheap nasty copies which look nothing like the illegally used photo's on their website.

Hi,you need to contact your bank, explain what has happened and ask them to do what is called a "charge back",which is a claim through the insurance on your debit or credit card, they will ask you for proof of payment, the full name of the company and all corespondance between yourself and Diy dress company,so keep the emails you have sent and any recieved as evidence, the bank will instruct you each step of they way, each bank has it's own way of proceeding with the charge back, mine insisted I post the dress back to them ,in order to do this I had to pretend I was accepting their final offer of a refund of just the cost of the dress they will only provide a return address if you do this, after a few weeks I got a refund of the cost of the dress and the shipping fee but had to pay myself to post it back.Don't give up the bank will definatly sort it out for you.
