Ordered my daughters prom dress from this website, big mistake.
The dress came with a row of beads missing from the back as well as beads hanging off. We took pictures as it said if the dress had defects or was damaged to send them pictures. They replied by saying they could see that the beads were missing but that wasn't a problem, I could go out and buy more beads then find a tailor to sew them on, like I am going to find exactly the same beads.
After many e-mails to them I am just getting no where, their terms do state that if the dress is defective they will refund, but looking at other people comments I don't think they will ever refund.
Their last e-mail said that they could send me some more beads but I would have to pay £20.00 to have them shipped to me, also they would refund me £5.00 and give me a discount on my next order.
In the end I have had to buy my daughter another prom dress which has no defects and was cheaper.
