Wish I had read the reviews for this Company prior to purchasing a prom dress for my daughter.
First of all the website makes out that the company is based in the UK- had I known it was based abroad I would NEVER have gone ahead - very clever because I'm sure that would be the case with a lot of customers!
We went for a custom made dress - so with P&P and custom tailoring it was approx £130- not cheap - the dress took about 5 weeks which in itself is not a problem as ordered it in plenty of time.
The dress is fine although slightly bigger then the measurements I gave so I will need to try and get it altered - it looked better in the picture online!!
The icing on the cake is recieving an invoice from TNT for £22 for tax- why wasn't this additional cost advised in the terms and conditions?
Lesson learnt - will def read reviews before I order from a website!!

Thanks for shopping from our website and share your own experience here. Could you please tell me which part of the dress dont fit you well? May i asked about your order number? All dresses are made to order that is why you should wait so long time to get the dress. And for the tax, when we shipping the dress out, we have already paid for all shipping cost, and i think the 22 pounds you has been charged must be tax, which is out f our control. The custom will check the parcel randomly, so we dont know who will pay for that. We also write details on the website. Please check it.
