DIY Dress - have no scruples

DIYdress.co.uk - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!! They appear to have a UK website but based in China. The dress arrived late and like previous reviewers I was sent an email telling me to say the dress was only £29.99 so encouraging me to commit customs fraud. As for the dress it was absolutely awful. It was for my daughters prom and the fit was terrible, beading was not as described on website and the quality of the material is cheap and not what was expected. I have been emailing them for the last 5 days and the keep telling me to take it to a tailor at their expense. Don't think a tailor would be able to do much with it and I'm sure I would never see any of the promised money. I am still demanding a full refund but making no progress. I have sent photos but no joy - so there's £100 down the drain and I also have to buy another dress. I did see a good review for this company but am convinced it was written by DIY Dress themselves!! PLEASE do nt buy anything from them - you will be disappointed and let down.
