Ordered begining of feb and was a bit dubious about the name and the location however i ordered one prom dress and told it would be around the end of march, begining of march i recieve an email telling me that they have sent the dress to the wrong address and i would need to sort it out, so out of my own pocket i sent the poor recipient cash to post it for me, luckily she was understanding but quite rightly wanted to know how diydress had all her details as she hadn't even heard of the company, i was promised by diydress that they would reimburse me the postage cost but as yet i have not seen a penny and doubt i ever will, however it is a lovely dress and a very good fit so i am really not that bothered but i would not recomend or use again.
