Having been recommended by a friend to Cottonprint I wasn't disappointed. I wasn't 100% sure what design I wanted and they were more than happy to create and send me several examples to choose from. The communication back and forth was great, and the delivery was very quick. Would definitely deal with Cottonprint again!!

Utterly shocking service, I paid for my order and was then told that I was misquoted. Instead of calling me and explaining the mixup and asking for the extra cost owed, I had days of irritating and confusing emails to suffer through and it was impossible to get through to anyone over the phone. When finally they called me to take the extra payment (after my frustrated email calling them unprofessional) I thought all was well and the extra was paid with no complaint on my part. The following day, the owner called me up to argue that my email was "hurtful" and they weren't earning enough for my order so they're refunding me and cancelling my order after wasting weeks of my time. Unbelievably unprofessional and disgusting service. Avoid this company like the plague.

Apart from a hold up getting the designs following the Easter bank holidays, everything was quick and easy. Designs were made, reviewed, amended and then printed and shipped very quickly after the ball started rolling. He made things very simple and easy after these teething difficulties, and the product I received was of a very high quality, at a good affordable price, printed and delivered very quickly. Will be using again in the future.

We have been buying from Cottonprint now for a number of years and they continually provide a fantastic service! The staff are polite and friendly and are always prepared to go out of their way to be helpful and precise. Goods are delivered promptly and we are always contacted prior to dispatch if there are ever any outstanding issues. Sometimes items may be out of stock but alternatives are always suggested. It's a breathe of fresh air to find a supplier these days who consistently provides an A1 service. Keep it up Cottonprint!

Purchased five items and only three arrived , no explanation and no refund offered . I then had to phone twice to get my refund and that was after I filed a PayPal dispute . They were very rude and no apology given . Shocking !!!

I write this review after numerous orders with cottonprint spanning over several months as its easy for them to get a single sample order correct for the nice reviews. Firstly if you're looking swap suppliers for the cheaper pricing, don't bother, this "company" has by far the worst customer service i have ever seen you can wait well over 24 hours for responses and most completely ignored. i have twice asked for a tracking number for 2 previous orders as these are not provided when "shipping" your items. The first time i was told it was due today..yes i know that but the courier you use has time slots so i wanted the tracking for a more specific time...the second time asking for tracking it was completely ignored...so i gave up asking in the end. I put "shipping" that's because you are lucky if the items you ordered are actually shipped or complete...it was rare i ever got a complete order here quite often the response you will receive is some typical "ill check with warehouse" nonsense..nobody takes responsibility here and they don't have most of the products in stock what do they need a warehouse for?. Not only are most of the orders incomplete they think its fine for us customers to wait for upto a month for a re-stock rather than simply having an out of stock option on their website which would save us..the customers a lot of hassle trying to get a response from their previously mentioned poor customer service. More recently (last week) i placed an order which was marked shipped the same day after waiting 3 working days i decided to find out what was going on, turns out their systems had ignored half an order and the other half was out of stock.. something they failed to tell me and only bothered to get back to me when threatened with a Paypal dispute..but they said they would get the half they did have in stock to me the next day..the next day comes GUESS WHAT only 5 of the 30 items i had ordered were there. I emailed to express my opinions of them (they take the p and i wont be shopping here again) and their shady ways of trading with customers as this happens WAY too often with cottonprint, out of stock, no contact, incomplete orders. In response i received an abusive phone call from what i can only assume is the owner, couldn't really tell through his breathless angry ranting about my abusive tone towards his staff? telling me never to order from cottonprint again and hung up before i could get a word in, not a problem i had no intention of doing so anyway...far from professional and the type of guy that should probably be selling T-Shirts on a market store on a sunday. All in all if you want your orders on time go elsewhere, if you desperately need them complete the next day, go elsewhere, if you have questions don't bother, if you run a business selling T-shirts and Hoodies...cottonprint isn't the supplier answer they cause more stress than the few pennies off is worth. If you're reading this before buying...trust me i was in your position once and took the plunge...DO NOT SHOP HERE small sample orders are easy to get right..the larger orders that matter they fail 90% of the time.

The sizes did not match the website description. The large vests were smaller than the small vests . Two medium sized tops were completely different to each other. After making a complaint and speaking to trading standards, the company called me and were very rude on the telephone. Completely dissatisfied with the overall service . The agreed delivery dates per the front page of the website are different depending on what you order and product brand. This may be longer than you hoped for. Goods purchased online may not be in stock. You wouldn't expect items you order to be the completely wrong size. Just be careful when ordering goods from this company.

Tshirt order process swift and efficient. However goods didn't arrive after one week. I emailed and the problem was resolved immediately and courteously.They then arrived two days later. Not worn yet but quality seems to be very good and sizing too. Would definitely recommend. Easy to use site and product range good too.

Looking to acquire some shirts for a school production I ordered from Coittonprint. There were a couple of difficulties in the order, but the staff dealing with it contacted me promptly and a revised order put togteher. All this happened at the very end of a day. Before lunchtime the following day the order was delivered. Absolutely delighted with the price per item, the customer service and the efficiency in getting the order to me. Inteernet shopping at its very best. A very happy customer.

First time I've ever had to make a huge order for our athletics club, and I can only say good things about the support I got from the staff at the company. Fantastic friendly communications. The quality of the goods is great. We had our club logo sewn into our hoodies and screen printed onto our t shirts. What a fantastic job. Everything looks so clear and clean. Mores to the point, the speed of the order was second to none. But finally, the athletes from our club love there new kit, but also the comments we have received from other clubs about how good our new stuff looks. It's great!
