The quality of the clothes has gone downhill over recent years.

I recently purchased several items and the first problem was two shirts labelled the same size were actually completely different; at least 2 sizes different.

The second problem I've found is shrinkage - the clothes fit fine out of the packet but they shrink significantly after the first wash, to the point where they cannot be worn and have clearly lost their original shape/cut. And yes they were washed at the correct temperature and not tumble dried.

They should pre-wash or treat the fabric before making the garments to avoid this kind of issue.

They used to sell clothes that were a perfect fit for taller men of rugby player build but now it seems they have started cutting the shirts differently and the fit is not the same. The clothes are now no better than cheaper supermarket offerings.

Finally if you order online you will receive endless catalogs and junk mail, even after asking them to stop.
