Last night I ordered 2 items on line. When the confirmation email arrived I saw that the incorrect address had been listed for delivery. I live in Spain and I have a billing address in UK but a delivery address in Spain.
First thing next morning I phoned Cotton Traders and was told that even though the parcel had not left the centre it was not possible to change the delivery address.
No amount of pleading would help, just not interested.
