Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes, prompt arrival, but at least a size too small and narrow. Decided not to re-order in case the replacement was also a bad fit. Returned them the same day expecting to be refunded promptly, not so. Telephoned to ask when my money would be returned only to be informed by a brusque service advisor that the shoes had not been received in the ware house and I would have to get in touch with the courier as it was not their responsibility. The courier confirmed they had been returned two days before. Money refunded into my account days later £17.50 MINUS £7.32 postage charges! What a rip off! Will not be ordering anything from this firm again to expensive postage plus phone calls.
