Really bad!!! I don't think they used to be this awful as I've ordered from them a few years ago. I spent £152 online and have yet to receive the goods (the Hermes- another outrageously bad company- courier claims to have tried 3 times so returned the goods to the retailer!). Never again. I'm unsubscribing, warning everyone to steer clear and most likely taking a case via the small claims court.
