“Appallingly bad!”

I've bought from cocosa before and not had a problem that is until I had to send something back. The I bracelet I purchased was way to small, customer services said that was fine to send it back so off it went first class postage straight back. And that is where the problem lies. I was told it would take upto ten days for my refund to be processed. I thought that was a little long compared to other online sellers but if it took that long it took that long as long as I got my money back I didn't mind. Well that was 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my money! Cocosa customer services have been useless in the matter of my refund, they say that they have never received my parcel so therefore they can't help me anymore! Consequently I'm £175 out of pocket! I have had to give up on my refund as I'm getting nowhere with cocosa and put it down to a very expensive lesson learnt!
