First t-shirt, artwork wasn't checked against original before sending. It was a battle to get a replacement. Replacement had a fault with the colour. First excuse was they had changed their printing method. Second excuse was that the fault wasn't particularly visible anyway. No replacement given. This company do not want to accept any responsibility and have no idea about how to retain customers. STEER CLEAR!!
