“Poor Service”

Ordered and paid for items on 22/07/2013 (£550)
We had to contact company to enquire when we would receive order (we were told 9th August)
on 12th August - we contacted the company because we had not received order and we were told there was a problem with the embroidery (which we had previously used on 3 occasions).
Following numerous phone calls, some of the products arrived on 20th August with several items listed as 'to follow' (no indication of when these products would be delivered)
