Good product, delivery confusion

I am happy with the product (Tshirts printed with our logo for a cultural exchange to Zambia) although sizes are skimpier than last year. The system of delivery is where a star is lost. I have received numerous conflicting email telling me my orders would be/had been delivered, asking me to agree to a neighbour signing for the parcels (I had indicated leaving them somewhere specific when making the order), and asking me to reviewproducts I hadn't received. A very helpful member of the C2O team clarified (we thought) the situation but another flurry of confusing emails arrived after that. The tracking system told me nothing. In the end I was expecting delivery to a neighbour on July 9 and found them on my doorstep on July 8. This is a rural area and we're used to erratic deliveries - please leave out the 'helpful' emails. Everything happened much as was said online when I made the order.
