After two weeks my order has still not arrived. Chemical Records are not interested in honouring the shipping times quoted on their own site. 1-5 days (quoted) actually means 1-15 days according to what they say in their emails.

Further: ignore the trust pilot rating shown on their site as it is not possible to leave a review with trust pilot if you have not actually received your order!
