Ordered a t-shirt paid extra for express delivery, was charged for standard delivery as well £15.99 t-shirt £4.99 express delivery and also charged £1.49 delivery charge. Item arrived different from what is advertised on their website and different from the picture on the invoice. Contacted their customer services which is handled by I suspect a one man band outfit named John, who responded 5 days later claiming it wasn't his fault it was his supplier. I thought I was buying this from him.. after several emails very slow from his side, I was advised I could send the t-shirt back and he would send me the correct one. I have to pay to return the t-shirt to him, after I have already paid twice for delivery you have got to be joking...avoid avoid avoid

Apologies for this genuine error. Most of our customers are very happy our service and products, however as with any service things can on the very rare occasion go wrong. We take any customer service issues very seriously and would ask that any customers contact us if they have any queries so that we can resolve them right away.
