I received a voucher only for it to be rejected at the payment process. I was emailed another code only for this to be rejected. I continued with my purchase and emailed them to say it would be quicker to refund my credit card, which they said they would do, the voucher was for £25 I spent £24.95 including postage of £5.95. I could have a refund for the £19 but not the postage. Still waiting for refund and the product.
