After taking your money a month in advance i was disappointed to find my order not despatched in the timescales stated. I think a simple email advising of the delay should have been sent by them, instead i had to chase them to be told that my order was being packed by the warehouse. Funny then that another 2 days later i find my order has been cancelled and they have been "let down by suppliers", so what was the warehouse packing then?. Imagine how much interest they must make on all of the money they keep for a month for the orders that they dont fulfill.
