“Poor customer service!”

I have purchased many items over a period of time from Boohoo and I am happy with the quality of the items. The problem I have experienced is trying to log back into account so that I can return a item. I was told by Boohoo that a new password had been sent to me, this would allow me to return to my account. I have emailed the Boohoo customer service and asked if they can activate my account after putting it on 'lock down'. On that same email I was told that my account would be activated ASAP. I am not very happy that it has taken 5 days for them to carry this operation out. If anything needs improving on the Boohoo website, I would say it had to be customer service. Hopefully my email will help to improve the website and it can be changed for the better.
