THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE TO ME NOW.
ITS TAKE THEM NEARLY 1 MONTH FOR A REFUND. THEY CLAIMED ON BOTH ACCOUNTS THEY HADNT GETTING MY ORDER SO I NEEDED TO SHOW THEM PROOF I SENT THEM BACK. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND WHICH MEANS IM OUT OF POCKET OF NEARLY £50.00.ITS SHOCKING THEY DONT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER TO PHONE AS IT TAKES THEM AGES TO REPLY TO EMAILS I WOULD PREFER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. THEY DID ORGANISE A PHONE CALL TO SPEAK TO ME BUT THEY FAILED TO RING ME ON THE DATE & TIME WE AGREED ON. ALL THEY SEEM TO DO IS GO BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS SAYING THEY HAVENT GETTING MY ORDERS.
I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST KNOW ONE ELSE DOES.
