Everybody should stay away from boohoo. Their service is an absolute joke! I ordered a pair of shoes and 7 days later I'm still waiting for them to arrive! After paying for next day delivery! Sorry no.. They came 2 days after id ordered them but when I opened the box they were completely the WRONG shoes!! The customer service is a disgrace. Having to talk to somebody over twitter?!?!? How professional... NOT.
Boohoo claim that they offer delivery services from 7am till 9pm but after speaking to the courier myself they confirmed they only deliver from 9am till 5pm. So they clearly don't cater for people that work full time.
I'll never be ordering from boohoo again!
