A month ago I ordered two dresses from the online store of Boohoo. I received the items a week later and the quality of them was terribly poor. I posted back the items in order to receive a full refund as per their refund policy. It has now been almost 4 weeks and still no refund from the company. I have emailed them on numerous occasions only to receive the automated response and no further contact has been made from their end. I am currently pursuing my legal options through the Ombudsman and the Department of Fair Trading to receive my money back. Never have a I come across such poor and disgraceful customer service and I will never buy from this company again. I will also be telling absolutely everyone to never buy from this pathetic excuse of an online store and the reasons why. Boohoo's actions are both unlawful and inappropriate. They currently are in the possession of money that is not theirs, rather it is my money that they are refusing to contact me about and refund me. I am disguisted in this joke of a company, and I highly recommend that no one purchase any items from them.

Really sorry that this has happened to you. We are finding that some of our customers are having problems receiving our e-mails at the moment, but we do respond to all within 24 hours. If you could either Tweet or face book us, or send one more e-mail, with a phone number, we will make sure that your refund is done straightaway for you, if not done so already. I hope that we can change your view of us, as we really do value you as our customer.
