I brought over a 100.00 worth of clothes and kept one top so returned the other items around 90.00 . I hadn't had a refund and it was a MONTH after I emailed them asking where my refund was, they
asked me to Email them proof of postage, I done that and they came back saying that due to the weight on the postage they will not refund me. WHAT THE HELL I just lost over 90.00 and no one will help me and there is no contact number to call. PLEASE BEWARE HONESTLY SO UPSET LOST £90.00!!!!

Hey, seeings as I've had kind of the same experience as you with this rubbish company! Check your emails because when Boohoo will have revived your returned items they send out an email to tell you which items they have received back. This is what happened with me, I returned all items and they confirmed receipt of ALL items then they tried to tell me they only received 2 out of 4! I went back through my emails and forwarded them the confirmation one they sent me telling eye they had received all items.

So check your emails it's worth a try, and good luck! X
