“Email contact made refund complicated and confusion ”

I have made an order last week, but because of the technical error, my parcel is failed to dispatched. I asked for refund through email as there's no phone contact, different boohoo staff replied me rather than stick with one person who deal with the whole process.

This create the confusion as I don't know who I am talking to and at the moment, they are not refund the whole amount of money I paid for my order.

It is shamed that I am the regular customer but I have no idea how awful and complicated their customer services are. If you are not lucky enough to face the order failure due to the technical error, good luck negotiate with them!

same happened to me technical error but I wanted my fab boots but hey guess what out of stock! Fuming! When I asked to raise complaint was advised to write in. Ha they think this will stop me taking it further not a chance in the meanwhile intend to give bad reviews everywhere. tell the world to steer clear and filled in their own survey badly!

same to me too!! they sent me an email after they had messed up my order and wouldn't give me a refund to ask me to fill in a feedback form saying how their service was!!
i filled it all in badly and they took all my reviews from their website down! they ask for your feedback but don't actually want it!!
