“Bad service!!”

I'm so angry. I ordered my item AGES Ago. It was due on the 5th of August it is now the 13th of August. No one has told me whether there is a delay or anything. I believe they just haven't sent it. I have contacted via email twice and they do not reply to my questions. I can't call, all I want is my dress I payed hard earned money for. I'm seriously considering taking this to the media after what I've read about boohoo elsewhere on the web. I hope they rectify this for me.
