“Total Rip Off!! ”

Total rip off and disgusting customer service. Ordered a dress and necklace & they sent me it twice , charged me for it twice ... Then when I sent the second parcel back including one of my items I didn't like, i complained after hearing nothing ! then they said they'd refund me £10 pounds which takes upto 21 days. And that they wasnt two necklaces in the bag with the dress , so basically calling me a liar .... Even though I wrote a letter and put it in with the items explaining it was there mistake. Bad customer service, complete rip off & waste of my time. Ripped me off by £20 for their bad mistake.
