Boohoo "the company" is great but their courier service is a complete and utter joke. If you value your money shop ELSEWHERE!!!! In their minds waiting 9 plus day for a delivery is perfectly acceptable, since they count it from when it was "dispatched" not ironically, when they get their grimy little hands on your hard earned CASH!! Oh and I googled them, they are not based in Australia so they have no excuse!!

I feel like I have to put some positives, just to be balanced. Their Twitter customer service is very helpful and their website design is lovely. It's just a shame that one thing, in my opinion one of the most important things (hence the poor rating), really let them down.
