Bought 2 items for a friends birthday at the end of November. Needed them quick so paid 5.99 for next day delivery
Items did not arrive for 4 days so had to buy friend something else.
All e mails regarding my delivery were ignored.
Returned items, retained proof of postage.
Have sent 5 e mails regarding when I will receive my refund - all have been ignored.
Rang the phone number that is in the pay pal information. Rings then cuts you off
Still waiting for any contact from them what so ever nearly a month later.
Disgusting

maybe the timing of your order was bad, whatever I ordered in December was delayed and I am talking about other vendors as well. I hope you got the refund.
