So i ordered a jacket from boohoo and my address book didn't update even though i had updated it before I ordered it. As soon as they sent the confirmation email I replied straight away asking them to send it to my current address. 6 hours later this rude obnoxious person replies saying no it has been despatched so there's nothing that can be done and tried to tell me I can send the item back.... how can i do that if i have no access to my delivery address or ordered item I begged and suggested different options like letting me reorder but no i got the same response.
honestly what if i was in another country or unable to contact my previous housing agents? you have no problem taking the money out of my account but you're quick to dust your hands off the huge problem i had. it is terrible and disgraceful and i am deleting my boohoo shopping account and never purchasing from there again. you truly need to fix up
