“Shocking lack of service from Boohoo”

Ordered 150 pounds worth of work clothes on 10/10/11

No delivery. Cannot track online. Have emailed Boohoo Customer Services THREE times and have had no response.

Frustrated doesnt even begin to explain how i feel.

I just want my money back and the ordered cancelled.

No idea what to do next as they have no contact telephone number.

Will NEVER use Boohoo again.

Just hope they read these

    Goods purchased & cost

  • A few weeks late

I wish I had read reviews about \"boohoo\" before ordering from them. I have not seen ONE good review except its \"cheap\" but whats the point in being cheap and cheerful if you don't receive your items? and whats more worrying is that a few reviews have said they leave the items on the doorstep! Very disappointed. Will never ever used boohoo again. I'll stick with ASOS!!! but in the mean time .. I'M STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER!
