Company is in liquidation, don't buy unless you're happy either not receiving your good or want to give your money away.

Don't order from this company. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 6/12/16 money taken immediately, not delivered within 5 days. Rang on 12/12 to be told that there was a problem with the supplier, explained that they were needed for 15/12 as had somewhere to go. Got offered a pair of trousers that where unfinished (needed hemming) accepted these as a replacement as long as I got them by 15/12. Needless to say they didn't turn up. Spoke to BTO yet again to ask why they weren't delivered got told that the couriers where too busy to deliver. Went through the EU online dispute resolution service which they totally ignored so don't know what to do now still waiting for goods or refund I have ordered quite a few things from these over the years NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered goods to the value of £ 143.10 on December 2nd. Delivery stated within five working days. Never received and no response to three follow up emails. Someone needs to investigate this Company. Top marks though for the speed they charged my Visa account.

I order a suit jacket on 28 December and it said it would take 5day and they took the money. But no jacket, I have email and phoned them with no reply Do not use them

Goods ordered May 2016. Money taken at that time. No goods have arrived. I have telephoned /emailed and still no satisfaction. I eventually got through to customer service today who once again said they would phone me back as they have said on previous occasions and never have done so i said please refund my money immediately. I will post further if this refund arrives but I doubt it. How can the firm still advertise and still be in business I really don't know.It is now 7 months since the order. Worse firm I have ever dealt with . Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order for two pairs of trousers. Three weeks have passed, emails have not been answered and telephone calls only go to an answer machine, which your call is never returned.

Please do not order from this company, their customer service is shocking. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers on 31 July & was told they would be delivered in 5 working days, two months later I still did not have my order. I e-mailed the company twice with no response. I phoned & spoke to a guy who promised to chase them up & call me back but never did. I was so glad I paid with PayPal as I eventually had to open a dispute through them as I had paid my money but not received any goods. Thankfully I got my money back!!

Do not buy from Big Tall Order!!!!  I ordered a black waistcoat 2 months ago and after receiving my initial sales receipt email I have had no waistcoat, no responses to my emails or phone calls! Big Tall Order have taken my money and ran! 

An amazing company! I have been using this company for the last 10 years and they have never let my son and I down. When I first started using the company my son's leg length became a nightmare to buy for add this with a 32" waist and it was impossible to get him school trousers. I finally found some and put through an order online and there was a problem so the owner phoned me to double check the order and was most helpful and friendly. The order came through very prompt. Needless to say I have stuck with the company and have never been disappointed. The other day I put through an order and ended up talking to the boss who not only sorted the problem I had but remembered me from all that time ago. The company has always provided a quick turn around on orders and the goods are good quality.

Placed an order and paid for in on the 9th March. Had confirmation of the order and payment but have had nothing from them since. Tried emailing their customer service dept but had no response. Tried emailing their sales dept but emails bounce back Tried phoning them but calls just go to answering service. Can anyone help?

Pretty bad service for me. Clothes came but broke, so I sent them back. They could not replace it so they said they would refund. Didn't get that refund and they fail to reply back after that. Tried many times, one month since they said they would refund. Good company if all goes well, otherwise stay clear.

Customer service is great, promises to call back or look into a matter are kept, generally professional in terms of communication and feedback. The one thing that could be improved is making available an order tracking system so that one can keep updated as to the orders' where-abouts instead of having to call in as it is quite costly when calling from outside the UK.

I was delighted to be able to buy a mix-and-match suit - typically suit sizes have trousers 4" smaller in the waist than the chest, so to be able to buy the two measurements I need was great. The service was really quick - so I bought a second shirt shortly afterwards. It is nice to find a site that (a) has the clothes in a good range of sizes (b) actually has the items in stock - (a problem I have found elsewhere) (c) quality brand clothes (I hate it when big sizes are only available in cheap synthetic cloth) (d)delivers when they say they will.

Very Helpful all the time. Being a funny shape. Only being 5'7", and having a big body I've always had a problem finding Clothes that fit properly - Not such a problem when dealing with BigTallOrder, they are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. I've dealt with this Company for many years and they have always been there when needed, I would recommend them to anybody.
