I ORDERED A BIKINI FROM THIS COMPANY AND HAD PROBLEMS RIGHT FROM THE START WITH THE DISPATCH. SO WHEN I RECIEVED IT IT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED SO I PAID FOR IT TO BE RETURNED AFTER CONTACTING THEM FOR THE CORRECT ADDRESS WHICH I PRINTED OFF FROM THEIR EMAIL AND STUCK TO THE PARCEL AND GUESS WHAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT! SO I AM NOW SERIOUSLY OUT OF POCKET AND HAVE TAKEN THIS UP WITH ROYAL MAIL.SEEMS ODD HOW THIS PARCEL COULD OF GONE ASTRAY AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE BELLE LINGERIE AGAIN ! SO BE WARNED ! IT SEEMS THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE KEPT THEIR PURCHASES!

Thank you for your review. We refund returns very quickly however if a return does not come back to us we can not process the refund. We recommend that all customers obtain some proof of posting or tracking for the returned items as we can not accept responsibility for an item that is returned, as we have no control over the postal/courier services.
Based on your comments above we recommend that you contact your postal service and complain directly to them, as they are responsible for your parcel.
