Very disappointed. I missed the Christmas returns deadline by 4 days because I had flu for 2 weeks after Christmas. The shoes I bought for my son were too big and ready to return, unused, but the company refused to allow the return, or an exchange.
I was surprised to see this inflexible treatment, this has not happened with other companies where the same issue arose. The shoes were very expensive and now cannot be worn.
I suspect they only put good reviews on their website, which gives the impression they are better than they actually are. I would certainly not rate their customer service.
