Wanted to exchange a few vests for another product because I didn't like the design, returned them not knowing if I bought something with a voucher for spending over a certain amount that they wouldn't refund me or allow a swap.
After arguing with the customer services online they threw a few secret T&Cs at me. Don't shop unless your certain on your products.
SLY COMPANY!

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear you've not had a great shopping experience with us! 'Fraid we're not able to exchange items for different products due to product codes etc. It's always worth double checking the terms and conditions of any promo codes you use, and check the help pages for any info on returns that you might not be aware of.
