I ordered a dress from this company and it was suppose to arrive on or before 3\17\2015. I arrived home this evening around nine thirty to find no dress. There is no customer service number and I posted a message through FaceBook and I received a generic email. It took them least than five minutes to charge my credit card but I can't get an answer about my order within a hour. I hope they don't treat all of their customer like this. Hopefully I will at least get the item so I can get my money back or they just credit my account. I will be contacting the business bureau.

its not just one customer in particular. Go read the reviews of others. Asos does not perform up to standard comparing to other reoutable online clothing stores. Especially their deliver service. Never shop there again.
