No wonder Asos doesn't allow reviews on their website

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas this year (Adidas Originals Honey Metallic White Mid High Top Sneakers). I ordered a size 10, and when she opened the box on Christmas, it was a 9.5. We assumed this was just a mistake, and ordered another pair promptly in a size 11 that day (that size was out of stock when I first checked, and back in stock on Christmas day). We received the new pair yesterday (over 2 weeks after Christmas) only to discover that Asos had sent me ANOTHER size 9.5! I emailed the company explaining my situation and asking for some help. I get a response that says "We don't carry half sizes." and asking me to return my product. I emailed back, stating that obviously they did, and asking again for them to fix their mistake. All I got in response the SECOND time was "As you can see, we don't carry that size anymore. Please return your product for a refund." I cannot believe that they are not only refusing to apologize and offer even the lowest level of customer service, they won't even acknowledge that they sent me the wrong product TWICE! How incredibly unprofessional and rude. I tried to post a review for their service on their own website, and it seems that they don't allow customer reviews. That's a good strategy on their part; I would have never done business with this company if they had allowed honest reviews.

In short, Asos doesn't care about the customer. I will never order from them again.
