My order came within 6 total days from when i ordered it (In the US). The delivery was on time and un-damaged. I returned the shoes i ordered because they were a size too small. I did exactly as the instructions said and returned the parcel waiting 10 working days for it to arrive back to the warehouse. However, after waiting longer than 13 working days, i still had not gotten a confirmation email that they had received my parcel. I emailed them 3 times, all 3 times a customer care agent responded within 2 hours! They then arranged for my refund to be made promptly. I had read multiple reviews in which a person stated that ASOS never received their return and they did not get a refund, so i would like to show that the customer service IS HELPFUL at times. At least they were with my order!
