BE WARNED just got off the phone to customer services as I'd not heard anything about a returned coat. Told no record of it being received and because I didn't get a receipt from Royal Mail there's nothing I can do. This means I have paid £154 for a coat which was way too big and have nothing to show for it. I will not be using ASOS ever again.

Hey ykhan, sorry to hear that your return was lost on it;s way back to us. Please ensure that you are aware on our returns policy before returning items to us. As stated in this, returns are the customers responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If you do find your receipt, make sure to send us a pic and we can get the return sorted for you straight away. ASOS Chantelle
