I ordered product from this website many time. The delivery never deley . So, I think this website is good and knowable.

However, I order product as I did before but this time I order over £100. After I pay. They send email to me that my delivery will delay. Anyway , I can wait. So I wait around 5 days later. No one send any email to me.So I call customer service. They also don't know where is my product. They said that they will email to housewares . It's very useless to call them . Whatever , I order product again because my last order can't confirm when it will arrive . This time I pay for delivery in next working day. Nextday they send a email same as last time.So, I call customer service again they said they don't know . "Suck " Don't know how to say anything with customer service.
