“horrific and incompetent service”

I ordered items dt was suppose to be delivered in 9days and its taken close to 40days now. The worse is they dont even act bothered. After all the efforts and waiting,sending of endless mails. They simply say go n check for the items and order again. The service is wack and international delivery isnt by force. If u cant live up to it,then why bother urself. The items are ordered are out of stock and that is suppose to be my headache. WWat a terrible way to treat a customer.
