“The worst experience ever”

I ordered from asos once and will never do it again. The quality of the products was so poor that I sent everything back, which I had to pay €20 for. The worts part was their customer service. Asos kept sending me advertisements every day, and would not stop even though I repeatedly asked them to remove me from all their distribution lists. The staff was ignorant and replied to my requests with a standard email, saying that they had taken me off the distribution list. But they didn't and kept sending me more advertisements. I was considering closing my email account but then finally, after two months and 18 emails I got trough to someone that actually took me off their distribution list. What a nightmare.
