i made an order from Asos as I required items to give as gifts for christmas.

As soon as my package arrived I had several of them missing with a ruined box.

i contacted customer services who have come back as we are sorry but we are unable to refund your items as you have had problems like this before with your returns.

In essence Asos have taking my money without providing me with any goods.

I am so angry at this situation. I will now be taking further action
